The minimum benefit levels for 2009 Traditional Partnership products have increased effective January 1, 2009:
NY: The Nursing Home Daily Benefit is $220; Community Based Daily Benefit is $104
CT: The Nursing Home Daily Benefit is $175; Community Based Daily Benefits is $87.50
CA: The Nursing Home Daily Benefit is $150; Residential Care and Assisted Living Facilities Daily Benefit is $105
IN: The Nursing Home Daily Benefit remains $110 but the Dollar Amount for Total Asset Protection has increased to $228,045
