The minimum benefit levels for Partnership products have increased effective January 1, 2008:
NY: The Nursing Home Daily Benefit is $208; Community Based Daily Benefit is $104
CT: The Nursing Home Daily Benefit is $175; Community Based Daily Benefits is $87.50
CA: The Nursing Home Daily Benefit is $150; Residential Care and Assisted Living Facilities Daily Benefit is $105
IN: The Nursing Home Daily Benefit remains $110 but the Dollar Amount for Total Asset Protection has increased to $228,045

Many states have enacted mandatory training requirements to sell Long Term Care insurance. The following states training requirements are either currently in effect or will be very soon: FL, MD, MI, MN, OR, SD, RI. If you are licensed in any of these states and plan to sell Long Term Care insurance you must complete this training. Please contact our office for further details.
